DELIVERY TIME

Our web designs and developments will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

 The delivery time will begin to be counted from the next business day after the confirmation of the purchase and after the payment of 50% of the total value of the contracted service.

 The website will be temporarily suspended if the customer does not make the remaining payment within the agreed time. It will be reactivated once full payment is made.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

The prices and services available may vary according to the offers in force when contracting.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment options will be available on our website. Only authorized QWERTY MEDIAS personnel will have access to payment-related information.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Changes are a benefit for our customers during the duration of their membership.
  •  Changes may be made at the customer’s request, through our agents, who will provide the necessary advice.
  •  The request for changes must be made 15 days before final delivery, specifying clearly and in detail the desired modifications (colors, content, structure, etc.).
  •  The customer shall provide all necessary information and specify how he/she wishes to make the changes.
  • Returns may be requested under the following conditions:
  •  If delivery of the website is made after the stipulated date.
  •  If inappropriate content or phrases are detected on the website. It should be clarified that all content is reviewed and approved by the client before publication.
  •  Return requests must be made within 7 business days of website delivery. No return requests will be accepted once the page has been enabled, activated and indexed.
